At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
Cancellation, Return & Refund
To make a cancellation, please log into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order from the return and cancellation tab.
At the moment, we do not accept any exchange requests. In case of returns, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Please note that a handling fee of ₹150 will be charged for returns. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted. The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on firstname.lastname@example.org. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

Boxers, Socks and Face masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.
Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item.
In case of return, all items (purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us. The full amount of the purchase would be refunded in the form of store credit or to the original mode of payment in case of return.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner(Cashfree) would be sent on your registered E-mail ID and WhatsApp number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account.
