Step by step process for Returns & Exchange:
- Return / Exchange request needs to be within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner.
- Due to the current situation, it would take a minimum of 15 days for the products to reach our warehouse.
- Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
- In case the package is tampered or open do not accept the same at the time of delivery.
- Note: All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Note: The refund / exchange is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns / exchange will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on email@example.com. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
How do I place a return request?

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition with tags intact
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable/returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- WE WILL CHARGE INR 100/- AS HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS & INR 200/- FOR REFUNDS. BALANCE VALUE WILL BE REFUNDED.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case, orders placed on special discounts are returned for refund, the discount will be waived off and the products will be billed on MRP and the balance amount will be refunded (only if the order size goes below 3 items).
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 30 working days.
